These terms apply when you order from everydaycrackers.com. Placing an order means you accept them.
1. Who you are buying from
Everyday Crackers, 40 Feet Ave, Kacabazar, Dhaka 1207, Bangladesh. Phone 01522111008, email everydaycrackers@gmail.com.
2. Products and descriptions
We describe every product as accurately as we can, using our own measurements or the manufacturer's specification sheet. Photographs are of the actual product, but screen colours vary and small variations in finish are normal for imported goods. Where a specification comes from the supplier rather than our own testing, the product page says so.
3. Prices
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include any applicable tax. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout before you confirm. We may change prices or end an offer at any time, but the price shown when you placed your order is the price you pay.
If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of a technical error, we will contact you before dispatching and you may cancel.
4. Placing an order
An order placed on the site is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order, usually by phone. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the delivery address is outside our service area, the contact number does not work, or we have reason to believe the order is not genuine.
5. Payment
We accept cash on delivery, bKash and Nagad. For bKash and Nagad, send the amount to the number shown at checkout and enter the transaction ID with your order. We never ask for your card number, PIN or one-time password. Anyone who does is not us.

Timeframes are working days after the order is confirmed, and depend on our courier partner. Strikes, weather and public holidays can delay a parcel; we will tell you if we know about a delay.
If the courier cannot reach you (the number is switched off, nobody is at the address, or the parcel is refused without reason), the order may be cancelled and repeat occurrences may mean we ask for advance payment on future orders.
7. Checking your parcel before you pay
We sell on check delivery. Open the parcel and inspect the product in front of the courier before you pay. If the item is the wrong one, damaged in transit, or does not match what the product page described, refuse the parcel: it returns to us and you pay nothing.
Once you have accepted and paid for a parcel, it cannot be returned or exchanged. That is why the inspection at the door matters: it is your opportunity to check, and we hold it open for you deliberately.
This does not affect anything covered by a warranty (see below) or any right you have under Bangladeshi consumer law.
8. Warranty
Where a product carries a warranty or guarantee, the length and what it covers are stated on that product's page. A warranty covers manufacturing faults. It does not cover accidental damage, water damage on products not rated for it, normal wear, batteries past their normal life, or damage from opening or modifying the product. To make a claim, call 01522111008 with your order number.
9. Cancelling an order
You may cancel free of charge any time before the parcel is handed to the courier. Call us as soon as you can. After dispatch, cancellation means refusing the parcel at the door under section 7.
10. Your account
Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access. We may suspend an account used for fraudulent or abusive orders.
11. Using this site
The text, photographs and layout on this site belong to Everyday Crackers. You may not copy them for another shop or listing. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at a volume that affects service, or use it for anything unlawful.
12. Our responsibility
We are responsible for delivering the product you ordered in the condition described. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost time, lost income, or the consequences of a delayed delivery. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Changes and disputes
We may update these terms; the version on this page when you order is the version that applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes fall to the courts of Dhaka.

২. পণ্য ও বিবরণ
প্রতিটি পণ্যের বিবরণ আমরা যতটা সম্ভব নির্ভুলভাবে দিই, নিজেদের মাপা তথ্য বা নির্মাতার স্পেসিফিকেশন শিট থেকে। ছবিগুলো আসল পণ্যেরই, তবে স্ক্রিনভেদে রঙ আলাদা দেখাতে পারে এবং ইমপোর্টেড পণ্যে ফিনিশিংয়ে সামান্য তারতম্য স্বাভাবিক। কোনো তথ্য যদি আমাদের নিজেদের পরীক্ষা নয় বরং সরবরাহকারীর দেওয়া হয়, প্রোডাক্ট পেজে তা উল্লেখ থাকে।
৩. দাম
সব দাম বাংলাদেশি টাকায় (৳) এবং প্রযোজ্য কর অন্তর্ভুক্ত। ডেলিভারি চার্জ আলাদা, কনফার্ম করার আগেই চেকআউটে দেখানো হয়। আমরা যেকোনো সময় দাম বদলাতে বা অফার শেষ করতে পারি, তবে অর্ডার করার সময় যে দাম দেখানো হয়েছিল সেটিই আপনি দেবেন।
কারিগরি ত্রুটির কারণে কোনো পণ্যে স্পষ্টতই ভুল দাম দেখালে পাঠানোর আগে আমরা আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ করব, আর আপনি বাতিল করতে পারবেন।
৪. অর্ডার করা
সাইটে করা অর্ডার হলো কেনার প্রস্তাব। আমরা অর্ডার কনফার্ম করলে (সাধারণত ফোনে) চুক্তি সম্পন্ন হয়। পণ্য স্টকে না থাকলে, ঠিকানা আমাদের সেবা এলাকার বাইরে হলে, ফোন নম্বর কাজ না করলে, বা অর্ডারটি প্রকৃত নয় বলে মনে করার কারণ থাকলে আমরা অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারি।
৫. পেমেন্ট
আমরা ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি, বিকাশ ও নগদ গ্রহণ করি। বিকাশ ও নগদের ক্ষেত্রে চেকআউটে দেখানো নম্বরে টাকা পাঠিয়ে অর্ডারের সাথে ট্রানজেকশন আইডি দিন। আমরা কখনোই আপনার কার্ড নম্বর, পিন বা OTP চাই না। কেউ চাইলে বুঝবেন সে আমরা নই।

সময়সীমা অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার পরের কর্মদিবস হিসেবে, এবং আমাদের কুরিয়ারের উপর নির্ভরশীল। হরতাল, আবহাওয়া ও সরকারি ছুটিতে দেরি হতে পারে; দেরির কথা জানা থাকলে আমরা আপনাকে জানাব।
কুরিয়ার আপনার কাছে পৌঁছাতে না পারলে (ফোন বন্ধ, ঠিকানায় কেউ নেই, বা কারণ ছাড়াই পার্সেল না নেওয়া) অর্ডার বাতিল হতে পারে। বারবার এমন হলে পরবর্তী অর্ডারে অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট চাইতে পারি।
৭. টাকা দেওয়ার আগে পার্সেল চেক করা
আমরা চেক ডেলিভারিতে বিক্রি করি। টাকা দেওয়ার আগে কুরিয়ারের সামনেই পার্সেল খুলে পণ্যটি দেখে নিন। পণ্য ভুল হলে, পরিবহনে ভেঙে গেলে, বা প্রোডাক্ট পেজের বর্ণনার সাথে না মিললে পার্সেলটি নেবেন না: সেটি আমাদের কাছে ফিরে আসবে এবং আপনাকে কিছুই দিতে হবে না।
একবার পার্সেল গ্রহণ করে টাকা দিয়ে দিলে সেটি ফেরত বা বদল করা যাবে না। এ কারণেই দরজায় দাঁড়িয়ে চেক করাটা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। এটি আপনার যাচাই করার সুযোগ, আর আমরা ইচ্ছে করেই সেই সুযোগটা রাখি।
ওয়ারেন্টির আওতাধীন কিছু (নিচে দেখুন) বা বাংলাদেশের ভোক্তা আইনে প্রাপ্ত আপনার কোনো অধিকার এতে ক্ষুণ্ন হয় না।
৮. ওয়ারেন্টি
যেসব পণ্যে ওয়ারেন্টি বা গ্যারান্টি আছে, তার মেয়াদ ও আওতা সেই পণ্যের পেজে লেখা থাকে। ওয়ারেন্টি উৎপাদনজনিত ত্রুটি কভার করে। দুর্ঘটনাজনিত ক্ষতি, ওয়াটারপ্রুফ নয় এমন পণ্যে পানি লাগা, স্বাভাবিক ক্ষয়, ব্যাটারির স্বাভাবিক আয়ু শেষ হওয়া, বা পণ্য খুলে বা পরিবর্তন করে ক্ষতি করা, এগুলো কভার করে না। দাবি জানাতে অর্ডার নম্বর নিয়ে 01522111008 নম্বরে কল করুন।
৯. অর্ডার বাতিল
পার্সেল কুরিয়ারে দেওয়ার আগে যেকোনো সময় বিনামূল্যে বাতিল করতে পারেন। যত দ্রুত সম্ভব ফোন করুন। পাঠানোর পর বাতিল মানে ৭ নম্বর ধারা অনুযায়ী দরজায় পার্সেল না নেওয়া।
১০. আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট
পাসওয়ার্ড নিজের কাছে রাখুন; আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টে যা ঘটে তার দায় আপনার। অন্য কেউ প্রবেশ করেছে মনে হলে সাথে সাথে জানান। প্রতারণামূলক বা অপব্যবহারমূলক অর্ডারে ব্যবহৃত অ্যাকাউন্ট আমরা স্থগিত করতে পারি।
১১. এই সাইট ব্যবহার
এই সাইটের লেখা, ছবি ও নকশা Everyday Crackers-এর সম্পত্তি। অন্য দোকান বা লিস্টিংয়ের জন্য এগুলো কপি করা যাবে না। সাইটের কাজ ব্যাহত করা, সেবা ব্যাহত হয় এমন মাত্রায় ডেটা সংগ্রহ করা, বা বেআইনি কোনো কাজে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
১২. আমাদের দায়
আপনি যে পণ্য অর্ডার করেছেন, বর্ণিত অবস্থায় সেটি পৌঁছে দেওয়ার দায়িত্ব আমাদের। পরোক্ষ ক্ষতির (সময় নষ্ট, আয় হারানো, বা দেরিতে ডেলিভারির ফলাফল) দায় আমরা নিই না। আইন অনুযায়ী যে দায় সীমিত করা যায় না, এখানে কিছুই তা সীমিত করে না।
১৩. পরিবর্তন ও বিরোধ
আমরা এই শর্তাবলি হালনাগাদ করতে পারি; অর্ডারের সময় এই পেজে যে সংস্করণ ছিল, সেটিই ওই অর্ডারে প্রযোজ্য। এই শর্তাবলি বাংলাদেশের আইন দ্বারা পরিচালিত, আর বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তির এখতিয়ার ঢাকার আদালতের।
