This policy explains what Everyday Crackers collects when you visit or order from everydaycrackers.com, why we collect it, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect
When you place an order
Your name, phone number and delivery address, the items and quantities you ordered, and, if you pay by bKash or Nagad, the transaction ID you enter. We need all of it to pack the parcel, get it to your door and confirm payment.
When you create an account
Your phone number and a password (stored hashed, so we cannot read it), plus any saved delivery address and your order history.
When you message us
If you write to us on Facebook or Instagram, we receive the message, your public profile name and the ID the platform assigns to that conversation, so we can answer you and link it to your order.
Automatically, when you browse
Standard server logs: IP address, browser and device type, which pages you opened and when. We use these to keep the site working and to see which products people look at. We also store a small amount of data in your own browser: your cart, whether you dismissed a popup, your language choice on this page. That never leaves your device.
What we never collect
We do not take or store card numbers, CVV codes or bank credentials. Cash on delivery is paid to the courier; bKash and Nagad payments happen inside those apps, not on this site.
Why we are allowed to use it
- To perform your order: name, phone, address and items.
- Because we have to: keeping sales records for tax and accounting.
- Because it is reasonable to run a shop: checking suspicious orders, and basic traffic statistics.
- Because you agreed: marketing messages only, and you can stop them at any time.
Who else sees your information
- Our courier partner: your name, phone and address, so they can deliver. Nothing more.
- bKash / Nagad: if you choose them, the payment happens in their system under their own privacy terms.
- Meta (Facebook / Instagram): only if you choose to message us there; that conversation lives on their platform.
- Our hosting provider: the site and database sit on their servers in order to run at all.
- The authorities: only where the law requires it.
We do not sell your information, rent it, or hand it to advertisers.
Automated replies
Messages sent to our Facebook and Instagram pages may get an automated first reply so you are not left waiting. Anything the automated system cannot answer is passed to a person, and you can always ask to speak to one.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Account details are kept until you ask us to close the account. Server logs are kept briefly and then overwritten.
How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS, passwords are hashed rather than stored, and the admin panel is limited to staff accounts holding only the permissions their job needs. No system is perfect, but the data that would be most damaging to lose, card details, we do not hold at all.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you;
- correct anything wrong, such as a mistyped address or an old phone number;
- delete your account and personal details, other than order records we are required to keep;
- stop sending you marketing messages.

Children
This shop is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us their details, contact us and we will remove them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.

আমরা কী কী সংগ্রহ করি
অর্ডার করার সময়
আপনার নাম, ফোন নম্বর ও ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা, কোন পণ্য কতটি নিয়েছেন, এবং বিকাশ বা নগদে পেমেন্ট করলে আপনার দেওয়া ট্রানজেকশন আইডি। পার্সেল প্যাক করা, আপনার দরজা পর্যন্ত পৌঁছে দেওয়া ও পেমেন্ট নিশ্চিত করতে এগুলো লাগে।
অ্যাকাউন্ট খোলার সময়
আপনার ফোন নম্বর ও পাসওয়ার্ড (হ্যাশ করে রাখা, তাই আমরা পড়তে পারি না), সেভ করা ঠিকানা এবং অর্ডারের ইতিহাস।
আমাদের মেসেজ করলে
ফেসবুক বা ইনস্টাগ্রামে লিখলে আমরা মেসেজটি, আপনার পাবলিক প্রোফাইলের নাম এবং প্ল্যাটফর্মের দেওয়া কথোপকথনের আইডি পাই, যাতে উত্তর দিতে পারি ও আপনার অর্ডারের সাথে মেলাতে পারি।
ব্রাউজ করার সময় স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে
সাধারণ সার্ভার লগ: আইপি ঠিকানা, ব্রাউজার ও ডিভাইসের ধরন, কোন পেজ কখন খুলেছেন। সাইট সচল রাখতে ও কোন পণ্য মানুষ দেখছে তা বুঝতে এগুলো ব্যবহার করি। কিছু তথ্য আপনার নিজের ব্রাউজারেই রাখা হয়: কার্ট, পপআপ বন্ধ করেছেন কিনা, এই পেজের ভাষা পছন্দ। সেগুলো কখনো আপনার ডিভাইস ছেড়ে যায় না।
যা আমরা কখনোই নিই না
আমরা কার্ড নম্বর, CVV বা ব্যাংকের তথ্য নিই না, রাখিও না। ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারির টাকা কুরিয়ারকে দেওয়া হয়; বিকাশ ও নগদের লেনদেন তাদের অ্যাপে হয়, এই সাইটে নয়।
কোন অধিকারে আমরা এগুলো ব্যবহার করি
- আপনার অর্ডার সম্পন্ন করতে: নাম, ফোন, ঠিকানা ও পণ্য।
- আইনি বাধ্যবাধকতায়: কর ও হিসাবের জন্য বিক্রয় রেকর্ড রাখা।
- দোকান চালানোর যৌক্তিক প্রয়োজনে: সন্দেহজনক অর্ডার যাচাই ও সাধারণ ট্রাফিক পরিসংখ্যান।
- আপনার সম্মতিতে: শুধু মার্কেটিং বার্তার ক্ষেত্রে, যা যেকোনো সময় বন্ধ করতে পারেন।
আর কে কে আপনার তথ্য দেখে
- আমাদের কুরিয়ার: শুধু নাম, ফোন ও ঠিকানা, পৌঁছে দেওয়ার জন্য। এর বেশি কিছু নয়।
- বিকাশ / নগদ: বেছে নিলে লেনদেনটি তাদের সিস্টেমে, তাদের নিজস্ব নীতিমালায় হয়।
- Meta (ফেসবুক / ইনস্টাগ্রাম): শুধু আপনি সেখানে মেসেজ করলে; সেই কথোপকথন তাদের প্ল্যাটফর্মে থাকে।
- আমাদের হোস্টিং প্রতিষ্ঠান: সাইট ও ডেটাবেস তাদের সার্ভারে থাকে বলেই সাইটটি চলে।
- কর্তৃপক্ষ: শুধু আইন বাধ্য করলে।
আমরা আপনার তথ্য বিক্রি করি না, ভাড়া দিই না, বিজ্ঞাপনদাতাদের হাতেও তুলে দিই না।
স্বয়ংক্রিয় উত্তর
ফেসবুক ও ইনস্টাগ্রাম পেজে পাঠানো মেসেজের প্রথম উত্তরটি স্বয়ংক্রিয় হতে পারে, যাতে আপনাকে অপেক্ষা করতে না হয়। স্বয়ংক্রিয় ব্যবস্থা যা উত্তর দিতে পারে না, তা একজন মানুষের কাছে যায়। আর আপনি যেকোনো সময় মানুষের সাথে কথা বলতে চাইতে পারেন।
কতদিন রাখি
কর ও হিসাবের নিয়মে যতদিন দরকার, অর্ডারের রেকর্ড ততদিন থাকে। অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্য আপনি বন্ধ করতে না বলা পর্যন্ত থাকে। সার্ভার লগ অল্প সময় রেখে মুছে ফেলা হয়।
কীভাবে সুরক্ষিত রাখি
সাইটটি HTTPS-এ চলে, পাসওয়ার্ড সংরক্ষণ না করে হ্যাশ করে রাখা হয়, আর অ্যাডমিন প্যানেলে শুধু স্টাফ অ্যাকাউন্টের প্রবেশাধিকার, তাও কাজের জন্য যতটুকু দরকার ততটুকুই। কোনো ব্যবস্থাই নিখুঁত নয়, তবে হারালে সবচেয়ে ক্ষতিকর যে তথ্য, অর্থাৎ কার্ডের তথ্য, সেটি আমরা রাখিই না।
আপনার অধিকার
আপনি আমাদের বলতে পারেন:
- আপনার সম্পর্কে আমাদের কাছে কী আছে তা জানাতে;
- ভুল কিছু সংশোধন করতে, যেমন ভুল ঠিকানা বা পুরনো ফোন নম্বর;
- আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট ও ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য মুছে দিতে, আইনত রাখতে বাধ্য অর্ডার রেকর্ড ছাড়া;
- মার্কেটিং বার্তা পাঠানো বন্ধ করতে।

এই দোকানটি ১৩ বছরের কম বয়সীদের জন্য নয়, এবং আমরা জেনেশুনে তাদের তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি না। কোনো শিশু তথ্য দিয়ে থাকলে আমাদের জানান, আমরা মুছে দেব।
নীতিমালার পরিবর্তন
