Buying EDC gear should not be complicated. Here is exactly what happens between your order and your parcel.
1. You order
On the site, over the phone on 01522111008, or by messaging our Facebook page. No account needed. A name, a phone number and an address is enough.
2. We confirm
Someone from our team calls to confirm the item, the address and the total before anything is packed. If we cannot reach you on the number given, we try again before cancelling.
3. We dispatch
Orders confirmed before 6:00 PM go out the same working day. You can follow the order any time from the Track Your Order page using the phone number you ordered with.
4. You check before you pay
Every parcel goes out as check delivery. Open it in front of the courier and look at what you have been sent. Wrong item, damaged, or not what the page described? Refuse it, and it comes back to us at no cost to you. This is the part of the process we care about most, because it means you are never paying for something you have not seen.
5. After the sale
Products carrying a warranty show the term on their own page. If a fault appears within it, call 01522111008 with your order number and we will sort it out.

When we are available
10:00 AM – 8:00 PM, seven days a week, on 01522111008. Messages sent outside those hours get an automated acknowledgement and a real answer when we open.
EDC গিয়ার কেনা জটিল হওয়ার কথা নয়। আপনার অর্ডার থেকে পার্সেল পর্যন্ত ঠিক কী ঘটে, তা এখানে।
১. আপনি অর্ডার করেন
সাইটে, 01522111008 নম্বরে ফোন করে, অথবা আমাদের ফেসবুক পেজে মেসেজ দিয়ে। অ্যাকাউন্ট লাগে না। নাম, ফোন নম্বর আর ঠিকানাই যথেষ্ট।
২. আমরা কনফার্ম করি
প্যাক করার আগে আমাদের টিমের কেউ ফোন করে পণ্য, ঠিকানা ও মোট টাকা নিশ্চিত করে নেন। দেওয়া নম্বরে না পেলে বাতিল করার আগে আমরা আবার চেষ্টা করি।
৩. আমরা পাঠাই
সন্ধ্যা ৬টার আগে কনফার্ম হওয়া অর্ডার একই কর্মদিবসে পাঠানো হয়। যে নম্বর দিয়ে অর্ডার করেছেন সেটি দিয়ে Track Your Order পেজ থেকে যেকোনো সময় অর্ডার দেখতে পারবেন।
৪. টাকা দেওয়ার আগে আপনি দেখে নেন
প্রতিটি পার্সেল চেক ডেলিভারিতে যায়। কুরিয়ারের সামনেই খুলে দেখুন কী পাঠানো হয়েছে। ভুল পণ্য, ভাঙা, বা পেজের বর্ণনার সাথে না মিললে নেবেন না, কোনো খরচ ছাড়াই সেটি আমাদের কাছে ফিরে আসবে। পুরো প্রক্রিয়ার এই অংশটাই আমাদের কাছে সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ, কারণ এতে না দেখে কোনো কিছুর জন্য আপনাকে টাকা দিতে হয় না।
৫. বিক্রির পরে
যেসব পণ্যে ওয়ারেন্টি আছে, তার মেয়াদ সেই পণ্যের পেজেই লেখা। মেয়াদের ভেতর ত্রুটি দেখা দিলে অর্ডার নম্বর নিয়ে 01522111008 নম্বরে কল করুন, আমরা ব্যবস্থা নেব।
